Bilal Hoss Architects is an independent architecture and project-delivery practice led by Architectural Engineer Bilal Hoss. Working across design, technical coordination, BIM-enabled delivery and construction support, BHA brings together creative thinking and practical project experience across Lebanon, the GCC and Africa.

Our role is to protect the design intent while making every project clearer, better coordinated and more buildable. Architecture here is treated as both a design responsibility and a delivery responsibility: the same practice that resolves the concept also understands the shop drawing, the site query and the programme behind it.

    Understand

Project objectives, context, users, programme, budget and technical constraints.

  2. 02

    Define

Design direction, scope, responsibilities, priorities and delivery strategy.

  3. 03

    Develop

Architecture, materials, technical details and multidisciplinary coordination.

  4. 04

    Coordinate

Architecture, structure, MEP, specialists, contractors and client requirements.
